Elite Health Center is based in Bergen County, New Jersey, and offers telehealth services in select licensed states. Include your state of residence in the form and we’ll confirm availability. We do not provide services in states where we are not licensed to practice.
All medical weight loss programs at Elite Health Center are supervised by licensed physicians. Before any medication is prescribed, a physician completes a full medical evaluation to determine eligibility and the appropriate treatment approach. Physician credentials are available on request.
Compounded medications — including compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide — are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for individual patient needs. Elite Health Center works with licensed compounding pharmacies, including Strive Pharmacy, when appropriate. All use of compounded medications is under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Elite Health Center has been physician-supervised since 2013. Unlike many newer telehealth-only providers, our programs are designed to include physician evaluation, personalized guidance, and ongoing support — not a one-size-fits-all checkout process.
Candidacy is determined by a licensed physician during your consultation — not by an algorithm or intake quiz. Factors considered include your medical history, current health status, and individual goals. Our team can tell you what to expect before you book.

After your inquiry is reviewed and your consultation is scheduled, most patients are able to begin their program within a short timeframe — pending physician clearance and completion of the medical intake process. Your physician will walk you through the timeline during your consultation.
