These Terms govern your access to and use of eliterapidfatloss.com and associated services.
By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Welcome to eliterapidfatloss.com (the “Website”), operated by Elite Health Center, LLC (“EHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website, online programs, telehealth services, digital forms, and any other features, content, or products offered through the Website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
Elite Health Center, LLC is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. EHC provides administrative, technological, and customer-support services to independent, physician-owned medical groups (“Medical Group”) that employ or contract with licensed U.S. healthcare providers (“Providers”).
All telehealth consultations, medical evaluations, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are performed exclusively by these independent Providers. EHC does not control or interfere with any Provider’s clinical judgment.
The Platform is not appropriate for emergency or urgent medical situations. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Always seek the advice of your primary care physician or another qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a state where our Medical Group and Providers are licensed to practice. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
By engaging in telehealth consultations through the Platform, you consent to the use of electronic communications for healthcare delivery. Telemedicine has inherent limitations, including possible delays due to technical issues, limited physical examination capability, and security risks despite safeguards. Services are provided using HIPAA-compliant systems, but no transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your information is protected by applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy and the Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which describe how your information is collected, used, and protected. By using the Platform, you consent to those practices.
Prescriptions are issued only if a licensed Provider determines they are clinically appropriate after a telehealth evaluation. You agree to use medications solely as directed for your personal use, to read and follow all labels and instructions, and to contact your Provider or pharmacist with questions.
Important Notice: Some compounded medications may not be FDA-approved. Compounded drugs are prepared by licensed pharmacies for specific patient needs and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
By submitting payment information, you authorize EHC or its payment processor to charge your account for the total amount displayed at checkout. Prices, offers, and discounts may change without notice. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Elite Health Center Refund Policy.
EHC is not an insurance company, and services are not billed to or covered by health insurance. You are responsible for all fees related to your use of the Platform and telehealth services.
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from EHC, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link.
All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and designs—is the property of Elite Health Center, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, pharmacies, or services. EHC does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

Services are unavailable in jurisdictions where our Medical Group or Providers are not licensed.
The Platform and all information are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EHC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or Services. In no event shall EHC’s total aggregate liability exceed $500 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EHC, its affiliates, and Providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Bergen County, New Jersey, under JAMS’ Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may request account closure by contacting eliteinfonj@elitehealthcenter.com. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
